2. Website access, logs and security services

The website is provided through ChatGPT Sites by OpenAI. When a page is requested, the IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser, device information and technical error data may be processed. This is necessary to deliver content, defend against attacks and misuse, and investigate faults. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure, stable and accountable operation of the website.

Technical infrastructure, including Cloudflare, may be used for delivery and protection. A strictly necessary security cookie such as __cf_bm may be set for bot and abuse prevention. It is not used for advertising.

3. Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you actively allow analytics. Before consent, the Google tag is blocked and no Analytics data are transmitted. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The purpose is aggregate audience and usage measurement. The legal bases are consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG.

After consent, page and interaction data, technical performance values, referrer, approximate location, browser and device information may be processed. NURAYAHS additionally measures source-domain clicks without full URLs, language changes, topic paths and reading depth. Question text and clipboard contents are not measured. Google signals, personalised advertising and detailed location and device collection are disabled. Your choice is stored in your browser for 180 days and may be changed through “Privacy settings”. Event data are retained for two months; user data for 14 months without resetting on new activity. See the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Questions for your own AI

Your question stays in this browser and is copied only to your clipboard. NURAYAHS does not receive it or send it to an AI provider. If you paste it into your own AI, that provider processes it under its own terms and privacy policy.

5. External AI providers

NURAYAHS does not open an AI provider or transmit a question to one. Processing by an external service begins only if you paste the copied content there yourself. Do not include confidential or personal information unless you accept that provider’s processing terms.

6. Email and external links

If you contact us by email, we process the sender address, message and voluntarily supplied information to handle the request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Social-media and messenger services, including WhatsApp, are linked as ordinary external links and are contacted only after you choose the relevant link. The receiving platform then processes the destination request and normal connection data under its own privacy terms.

7. No automated decision-making

NURAYAHS does not generate an individual AI answer through this function and does not make decisions about a person that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Use of the question and copy function is voluntary.

8. Your rights and complaints

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Send requests to info@nurayahs.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority, in particular the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.
